Cancellation
Cancellations will not be accepted once t-shirts and promotional products have been ordered or printed.
Return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can start an online returns, and it’s easy.

Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions,
only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit. - Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.
Please note that if your country of residence is not Malaysia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel and promotional products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed or defective.
In addition, please note that sizing can vary between body type and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please be consulted by our size chart on the side of each product in our website or please email us at desmond@milkteecustom.com.
We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.
If you items are misprinted, material flawed, or defective in any way, you can start an online returns and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint or credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
