Can I submit my own design file for customization?

Absolutely, it will be awesome if you could provide us your Adobe Illustrator file or any high-resolution design artwork. Our design team will review it to ensure the file is right before proceeding with production.

Order Questions

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track the status and location of your package.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

Changes to an order may be possible if done promptly. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss any necessary modifications.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, but depending on how far we are into the process a cancellation fee may apply. Contact us at +60 12-635 1392 and a service representative will be happy to assist you.

Is It Possible to Re-Order Just One Shirt?

Yes, we can accept a re-order for just one shirt. However, the print method used may differ from the original order, so the appearance may vary.

Why has the price per piece changed?

Pricing for custom apparel is based on order quantity, so smaller orders cost more. Since the setup cost for customization is the same regardless of order size, smaller orders will cost more per piece.

Will there be differences in the original and reordered shirts?

We do our best to make sure that the reordered shirts are consistent with the original order, but it’s possible that there may be differences. The printing methods are often determined based on the size and complexity of the order, so it’s possible that the t-shirts may be printed using different methods.

Is there any minimum order?

Milktee Custom makes every effort to satisfy the needs of all customers, whether you need one item or thousands. 

Our order minimum quantities are as follows:

  • Printed Designs - No minimums
  • Embroidered Designs - 15-piece minimum
  • Promotional Products - Minimum order quantities vary per product
